Pimples on my nose
Hi doctor. 18 months ago, I suffered from chicken pox. After that I am always having big pimples on my nose. Now I am having a big pimple which is not bursting from a week. What should I do so that this pimple would burst and in future I would not have pimples on my nose?

There is no connection with chicken pox, related to your age though. Use salicylic acid based cleanser and apply benzoyl peroxide gel at bedtime. When it is severe you may also require antibiotics like minocycline.
