I am having a lot of deadly pimples regularly on my face. I am having this problem from last 9years and till now I have not found any permanent solution. They have left lot of black spots on my face and because of this my confidence is declining day by day. I am not able to face people with confidence and this is reflecting in my work. Please help me on this.

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
