I have enlarged papillae at the back side of tongue and very minor burning sensation in throat.
I have no other issues like heartburn. I have prolonged upper back, shoulder and neck pain since last 6 months, I'm not sure if it's abnormal but tongue has small white texture through upper surface which get whitened after eating food all day till I brush tongue in the night.
I had Hsv IgM test positive and took acyclovir for 7days earlier, but no other symptoms like that of Hsv infection so not sure, even I had flukanazol 150 twice for candida interpretation as dr suggested few months back.
Now apart from neck pack pain no other symptoms but tongue keep burning very little in the back. Back of the throat also has small dots and redness persist since long and Doctor suggested to ignore it now. What can be the cause ?
