Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Hello dear. I'm assuming that you don't have PCOS, and eat a balanced diet. For active acne, you can use cetaphil mild cleanser as a face wash. Use a non comedogenic moisturiser such as Episoft AC. Apply adaplene gel at night. For acne scars you can opt from some procedures such as microneedling, PRP, chemical peels etc.
