Pimple with pus near lips & fever

Asked for Male, 21 Years

My upper lip has got swollen having a pimple with lot of pus,it's paining too much & getting bigger day by day,i have fever too,it's paining like hell please suggest something to drain this pus, naturally i cant pop this as it is paining even if i touch the area,for reference I m attaching pics of my swollen lips.pleasd help
