A persistent pimple on the chest lasting 2 years, especially following the removal of a chest hair, could indicate a condition such as folliculitis (inflammation of the hair follicle), a sebaceous cyst, or even a small keloid or hypertrophic scar formed after hair removal. It may also be an encapsulated lesion like a comedone or a minor infection that hasn't healed properly.
Next Steps
I recommend scheduling an online consultation to assess the lesion in detail. A proper diagnosis might involve examining its size, texture, and any associated symptoms like pain, redness, or discharge. Depending on the findings, treatment could range from topical applications to minor procedures.
Health Tips
- Avoid picking or squeezing the lesion to prevent further irritation or infection. - Maintain proper hygiene in the affected area. - Share any history of similar issues or treatments during the consultation for better guidance. Book an online consultation for a personalized diagnosis and care plan.

Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
