Bumps (Not Pimple) On Nose Won't Go Away

Bumps (not pimple) on nose won't go away

I have these tiny bumps on nose which have been there for 3 months now. There is no pus or pain. I peeled them twice and they gradually come back again. I'm not peeling them anymore. What should I do to get rid of them for good?
