Pimple on soft palate
Hello sir/mam
I am attaching a picture of my soft palate here. i am having this pimple like thing for last 3-4 it is Little bit itchy. What it can be.
I am very much worried because i have searched on Google about this and it is showing cancer and all.
Please help.

Firstly don't panic. It could be common ulcer. Detailed history will be required to diagnose it properly.
Avoid eating anything hard and spicy. Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day, wait for a week or two. If it doesn't heal then you need to consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.
