I have black pimple marks on bump n thighs, want to remove those spots n stop pimple occurrence.guide me

Use antibiotic topically like mupirocin for a week. And then try hydroquinone cream at bedtime. Loose weight if you are over weight. Drink 3ltrs of water and avoid spicy food. Consume more vegetables and fruits.
