Hi, I have a lot of pimple marks on my face, I need a cream to fade the marks. Somebody suggested me to use 'Demelan' cream by Glenmark.
Is the Cream good to use?
Please Suggest me some creams to fade out my marks?

The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important. Please don't do any self treatment such as over the counter Steroid creams. Don't burst the pimples with your fingers as it can result in ugly scars. The marks and pores left behind after the pimples heal can also be treated. Please call me or send your photos through online consult option for detailed prescription and diet advice.
Donot use any creams, especially whitening creams without a dermatologist consult as many of the creams are used for specific purpose and misusing it could lead to damaging the skin beyond repair.
As far the marks and scars there are many treatment modalities including dermabrasion and laser lightening to get back the skin to a smooth and blemish free condition.
Next Steps
consult a cosmetic dermatologist and get a personalised skin care regime.
Health Tips
donot use over the counter lightening creams with steroids as it might thin your skin and cause hyperpigmentation *+-
