I had my wisdom teeth removed a year ago. Right before the surgery I started having these pimple like bumps forming on the area where my wisdom teeth were. The are on the inside edge and my tongue constantly touches them. My husband said they look like normal white head pimples. I haven't tried to pop them, but they are a little sore when I gently press on them. They come and go as they please always in the same spots and only ever on the bottom two wisdom teeth areas.
What could these be?

Get an X-ray done to check if any portion of the infected tooth is inside. The teeth around should also be examined for any infection to rule out infection as a cause for these lesions
