Pilonidal Sinus
I did my pilonidal sinus laser surgery a month back. Now again in the same place the puss is coming out and it's still paining. Is there any permanent solution for this?

Pilonidal cyst arise as an acquired lesion wherein hairs, trapped in folded areas of tissue, forcibly penetrate the skin and create a foreign body inflammatory reaction.
