Pilonidal sinus
Hi, I have Pilonidal sinus issue and I had been through surgery 1 and half year before but it's recurring at same place and very painful. What can I do I dont want to do surgery again and have out of country travel in 2 weeks. So I want temporary salutation and one permanent salutation which I can do once I come back from my trip.

In this context I want to confirm one thing that is weather the pilonidal sinus has been opened and discharging or it is closed and there is collection inside what we call is abscess.
It can be very painful only when Pilonidal sinus is closed and not discharging.

For the time being you can go for incision and drainage.
On return back,go for permanent solution surgery

need to know which surgery was done before..
