Hi i have a pilonidal cyst that is drain 3 inchs down from were it started.iknow there is a laser treatment that uses a fibre insertion under the skin and that made me think if i do a session of hair laser remval as the infection is quite high will that help kill the infection or could rhat make it worse

Laser hair removal will not cure infection. Suggest you to ge trid of infection prior to laser.
