Piles (Arsh) according to ayurveda developed due to Agnimandya (weak digestive system), if your digestion is correct at present then very good but at the time of initiation i think your digestion will be disturbed.. if you feeling pile mass grow, you can use arshkuthar ras 2-0-2 tab pilorid ointment or kashishadi oil locally apply .. sitz bath...avaoid spicy and chilly item some time our motion is clear but due to taken of excess chilly and spicy item feels burning sensation at the anal region and this is also one reason of piles so completely avoid this one ..
