Piles with pain
I am 38 years old..I m suffering from piles for few years...I use pilex tablet.. now-a-days there is no bleeding...but there is no urge on going for motion everyday...when I go to latrine I am having constipation...and too much pAIN INSIDE ANUS when clearing bowel...and that pain continues for hours..plz suggest suitable medicine...thank you
