Stage four piles require surgery but in this covid times you can wait if you are not having any complications. Type of surgery depends at when you are decided to do surgery. My opinion is go for MIPH.

Most of the time, it's interoexternal haemorrhoid. Stage 4 piles Will need surgery. No surgery exists without certain complications. In pile surgery, post operative silent bleeding is a known complication specially in open surgery. Infection, anal stenosis are some other ones. If surgery option is adopted, go for MIPH In expert hands. Thanks.
