Description of your mothers symptoms of piles with bleeding and weakness warrants clinical examination by the surgeon.
I assume she has been diagnosed earlier as having piles.Otherwise bleedin in elderly person has to evaluated to know the causes ,as there are many significant serious causes of bleeding.
