Hello ,
Kindly verify me is it a internal pile or fissure as i have detected internal pile by colonscopy before 6months .and what treatment can i do for it i have tried anobliss, annovate , hot water sitz . Will the lump go on its own? Or surgery is required

It looks like fissure associated with guardig by inflammatory mass
Mass is not very clear to say whether it is pile mass or just sorrounded inflammatory mass in a fissure
Do you have any skin tag?
Do you have any bleeding?and on and off constipation?
Kindly upload your colonoscopy report.
Lump will not go away on its own
