Piles surgery advice
My husband suffering from haemroids from last 4 yrs only cut and bleeding but recently there was visible lump and small skin elevated mass / lump like a skin tag he applied some fiissure cream and he got small pus filled pimples near anal area even like a straight lines is there a treatment without surgery plz advise

See anal diagnosis making without examination will land into more confusion
So it's better first u show it a good surgeon than after diagnosis is made than choose the treatment
Fissure
Fistula
Hemorrhoids
Are all different entities
So pls
My suggestion show it first
Don't waste time or else it will land up in abcess
