Piles (Surgery or medication) ?
My mother is suffering from Piles. She has both the hemoroids outside all the time(internal and external). Also she bleeds and it pains alot at the time of stool passage. I think this is Grade 4 Piles. The doctor that we consulted only suggested a Laser Surgery. Can you please let me know if this cant be treated using medication. Also the doctor said that it will take 3 laser sessions. Is it so or this can be done in 1 sitting also ? Please let me know if surgery is the only option or if we have any other alternative.

Grade 4 hemorrhoid requires surgical treatment.  Regarding sessions of surgery requires clinical examination but can be done single siting.
