Piles problem.
Sir/madam, few months back , during defecation i felt pain in anal region and a protrusion was came out through opening. The protrusion was irritating and painful, and there was pain in sitting posture or during defecations.
After some day the protrusion decrease in size and the pain subsides.
But now sometimes a small protrusion is coming out through opening and causing pain during defecation. There is no bleeding or any other symptoms. Although i don't have constipation , what is the reason and what should i do now ... Please suggest!!

It could be a skin tag/hemorrhoid
