Piles problem
I am facing troblong in anus bloss is flowing from last 1 week before that it was wide like a clot around anus but it was not painful fron last 1 week its stats bleeding and paining pls suggest

Possibility of anal fissure or piles. Needs examination by proctoscopy. Kindly see a local surgeon or Gastroenterologist. Avoid spicy oily food. Take a high fiber diet with plenty of liquids orally. If constipation or hard stools add Syr Duphalac 15 to 30 ml at bedtime as a stool softener and apply Anobliss ointment twice a day to perianal area for 7 days
