Sir, I had done piles operation 20 days ago sir I want to know that how many days it will take me to heal completely, can I have dabur chywanprash. And a last question sir is there any solution to heal my piles permanently and doesn't reoccur. Please help me sir. Thankyou

piles can recur if your bowel movement is hard or if you have excess diarrhoea for many days.
so make sure that you take nutritious food.
oily foods and fatty foods slows down digestion, so try minimising them in your diet. have plenty of fruits, vegetables, yogurt that can cause normal bowel movement. have adequate water intake.
