Piles issue
I have a small skin flap on my anus. My bowel is fine. I do have pains at time and bleeding as well. It burs at time. Please help me out what to do. Suggest medicine.

Hi dear, it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ) apply diltigesic ointment 2% three times a day after passing stool. Take Dabur nature care isabgol 2 teaspoon in on be glass of Luke warm water after dinner daily for 15 days. Do sitz bath. feel free to ask any further quary.
