Piles Fistula Fatigue
Is it possible to cure Piles and Fistula without surgery? Also please advise for treatment of Fatigue, Loss of Memory and weight loss.

First we need to see whether u r suffering from piles or fistula, for piles, depending upon the condition we treat it either by medicines or by kshara sutra. hello, piles upto 3 rd grade can be cured by medicines. but fistula need ksharsutra treatment or surgery.
fatiqueness & weight is might be due to piles & fistula .
for loss of memory need to either SHIRODHARA or AYURVEDIC MEDICINES

Hello there..... Hemorrhoids , also called piles,are swollen and inflamed veins in your anus and lower rectum. Hemorrhoids may result from straining during bowel movements .
You can often relieve the mild pain, swelling and inflammation of hemorrhoids with home treatments.....
Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath...
Apply cold. Apply ice packs or cold compresses on your anus to relieve swelling.....
