Piles and constipation issue
I am suffering from piles from past many years, even I went for surgery too.. but I am feeling uncomfortable after coming from loo.. some pain near anal opening.. even I tried to apply piles cream, but unable to do apply inside, due to very tight hole condition. Or you may say I feel lil nervous, may b I believe there might b more issue like blood and all jf I try to apply cream inside it. Now I am looking for some doctor to diagnose my condition and suggest some remedies without any surgery.. or any suggestions to apply ointment inside it without any pain and blood. I am staying in delhi

You have piles for many years
Have changed your life style
Are you taking more of water and fluids
Taking more of fibre in diet
Plenty of fruits ( fibrous) and green vegetables
If not please do
Take regular sitz bath with Betadine lotion or salt for ten to fifteen minutes daily for at least two times and then apply anti haemorrhoid cream along with xylocain 2%if you are having pain too
It will be beneficial for you
