Piles and anal skin
Hey Doctor, i have had piles from last 2 weeks and it is getting worse. I'm taking pilex from himalaya but it is not getting cured. Now the internal skin of my anal is pulling out by the pressure of doing poop in constipation. And it is not going inside by naturally. So what should i do now ? Should i go to gynaecologist for this ?

Please consult a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination. I don't know who diagnosed your piles. But since you have accepted the diagnosis you should consult him for treatment including the final test of cure of piles. Half of the problems in piles management are because you get a diagnosis from a Homeopathic Doctor, get treatment from Ayurveda and question a Specialist in Modern Medicine for failure of treatment.
