There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause. Unless we find out the cause it is difficult and pointless to treat. Please send photos with detailed history using online consult option for examination and proper treatment.,

The choice of cream to be used would depend upon what is the cause behind the pigmentation that is happening as the pigmentation could result from a vitamin deficiency or as a result of Sun exposure or it could be melasma or various other causes. Without a proper examination cannot comment what would suit you best hence if you wish to take a proper treatment you can consult with me online by sending the photos and I will send across the rightful prescription.
