Hello dear. You've got melasma. Do this for 2 weeks: 1) Apply cream Triluma once daily at bedtime 2) sunscreen Suncross in morning and afternoon After 2 weeks, share your picture again via online consultation.

It's melasma...Undergo glutathione therapy.. otherwise few creams also available...for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.

Hello, It looks like melasma but proper details are required like proper clinical photographs, history of prolonged sun exposure, history of hypothyroidism etc. Treatment can be oral, topical as well as clinic treatment which can help you to get rid of this pigmentation
