Hello all,
I am facing a pigmentation and open pores issue on my face .
Please suggest how it can be permanently removed.
Does only chemical peels helps in permanent removal or creams and gels can also be used to remove permanently.
Thanks in advance.

Tretinoin and glycolic are good options
Well hydrated moisturised skin
Microdermabrasion, Hydradermabrasion, Fractional Lasers, Peels all will help but none is 100%
Open pores need to be managed before they come
Excess oily skin in younger years causes the oil gland opening to dilate

Pore enlargement is a age related change Or is common on oily skin. The best treatment is laser pore tightening. Kindly share pics or consult to identify type of pigmentation.
