Pigmentation and white and blackheads

Hi I m suffering from pigmentation on my face since 1year. Previously many balckheads and whiteheads on my face now some time they again appear and leaving scars and pits on my face. Will my face recover or not from scaring and pits. Any permanent treatment for this.
