You probably had vaginitis and secondary uti, but kept treating only uti and not vaginitis , this could have progressed to pid. A high vaginal swab for culture sensitivity to be done to confirm if piptaz is responding or not, add metronidazole in and antispasmodics to control pain. PID takes time to recover., should take atleast 2 weeks of antibiotics ( Iv to be converted yo oral if u r improving). PID regression will be evident if your symptoms are improving and follow up scans.
Health Tips
Take plenty of oral fluids and proper diet
