Bulky uterus and mild free fluid in pod
Hi, last month I had UTI so I was asked to get pelvic sonography...in the report it say mild free fluid in POD and bulky uterus...I did pap smear as well but came out normal except for a mild fungal infection...do I have PID? But I dnt have any symptoms of PID like fever, lower abdomen pain or pain during sex..I have two kids even...my periods are always on time except for stomach cramps on the first day of bleeding

Hi.
Don't worry.
Mild free fluid in pod is expected after ovulation..
If no other mentioned symptoms then no need to worry.
Have plenty of fluids juice and water

Mild fliud in POD occurs due to ovulation also ..it’s not always PID ,dontworry its normal ..
