2019 After 1 month of exposure took hiv test antibodies and vdrl= negative Genital warts diagnosed Then because of weight lose took steriod (anabolic steroids) 3 dosages ( for 3 month each dosages each month) Then after 6 Month of exposure pid diagnosed 2019 dec - hiv negative urine culture and hvs enterococcus species 2020 Hiv western blot negative, 2021- RNA pcr -1 ,2 not detected Cd4=514, cd8 =490 , cd4/cd8 = 1.04 Now in 2023- hiv ab/ag negative and vdrl negative, hsv igg igm 1/2 negative Urine culture aerobic pyogenic organism found What to do next ??
