Hi I am a Plastic surgeon. It's a second degree burns. If the blebs and skin are still there its better to get a dressing from a nearby plastic surgery center where they use collagen. Collagen will stay for more than 5days if kept and dried properly. Otherwise you need regular dressings with antibiotics.
