Picking sensation in chest.

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Since six years I've been suffering from hemoroids,with intermittent bleed. Sometimes few drops of blood to maybe 10ml or more. At times I have itching, tearing pain during andafter passing stools. Of lately I've experiencing pricking sensation in my chest while passing stools.
