Paralyzed due to spine  injuries? Swelling where ? Legs? thigh? Hand ?any fever ? Any raised local temperature ?Mild swelling is ok ,  ,u needs detailed evaluation for your correct diagnosis then only proper treatment can be done. Swelling is because of inactivity in the limbs and not because of physiotherpy. U can continue Physiotherpy. But in case if u feel swelling is significant and gross  then get it examined.
