Hi!! I am a girl I am goin to join army. i want to know how can i make my bones strong how can i increase my body strength so that i dont face any problem in my physical test. Suggest some simple ways so that i can be fit .i dont want to look weak

I am Proud to hear about your career/ profession selection. All women should be as courageous as you. Have 1 lt of milk n it's products daily. If you are non vegetarian then have 2 eggs daily. Have wholesome foods, like multi grain atta, jowar, bajra roti, with dal, chana, rajma etc. Fruits n veggies. Have enough amount of water daily.
