Hi ,It sounds like your body is under significant stress right now, and these symptoms—palpitations, shakiness, breathlessness, fatigue, and poor sleep—can be linked to anxiety, but they can also have physical causes like anemia, thyroid issues, or cardiac concerns. It’s important not to ignore these symptoms. Please consult a physician to rule out any medical conditions as a first step. If your tests are normal, these symptoms may be related to anxiety or stress, and therapy can help you manage these sensations and the fear that comes with them. You don’t have to go through this alone, and it’s okay to seek help to feel steady and safe again. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

While the physical symptoms need medical investigation, Experiencing blackouts, palpitations, shivering, and rapid heartbeats, especially during physical exertion, can be incredibly frightening. Counseling can help you process the anxiety and fear associated with these sensations, by introducing techniques like relaxation exercises and mindfulness.
Next Steps
Once the medical evaluation is done, then consider counseling as a complementary support to help you cope with the stress and emotional toll of these experiences.

It sounds like you are dealing with quite a bit physically and emotionally, and it is completely valid to feel concerned. The symptoms you mentioned, like feeling dizzy or blacking out after physical exertion, palpitations, shivering, faster heartbeat, fatigue, and disturbed sleep, can have many possible causes. Sometimes, these could be due to something physical like a vitamin deficiency, thyroid imbalance, low iron levels, or even something related to your heart or lungs. So the first step would be to consult a physician. Getting a few basic blood tests and a full checkup can help rule out anything medical. If everything comes back normal medically, then it might be worth considering if stress or anxiety is playing a role. Anxiety can sometimes show up in very physical ways like this. In that case, talking to a psychologist can really help. Therapy can give you the support and tools to manage the anxiety and understand what might be triggering it. What you are feeling is real and valid, and both medical care and mental health support can work together to help you feel better. Take it one step at a time, and do not hesitate to reach out for help.

Hi Thanks for reaching out. Based on what you have mentioned I suggest that you consult a physician and explain about symptoms.. if you are having high levels of anxiety consult a psychologist for counselling sessions. I suggest you consult a physician and explain about symptoms. A physician will determine if symptoms are due to underlying medical issue or anxiety. At present you must be feeling anxious. With the right kind of help you will feel better. I suggest you consult a physician first at the earliest.
