Phyllodes malignant tumor

Asked for Female, 40 Years

My sister in law was diagnosed with breast cancer in sep 2015, surgery was done no chemo or medicine done she was fine for 2 month but after that cancer spread to liver, back n mouth, currently she is on pain killers. Doctor at AIIMS said she is not fit for chemo n she is at the last stage of cancer n have almost nil chance for recovery...please advise

She is having widespread disease and she is in last stage. If her general condition is not good she may not be fit for chemotherapy. In that situation option is Best Supportive Care
