Phone fell on baby
Baby is 3 months old..phone fell on his head accidentally from around 10 cm height there is no bump or anything...do I need to take him to Dr? Also he has cold so he is bit dull today ...is it concerning

For any injury on the head an observation period of 24 hours is required . If baby was not unconscious after the injury , there is no vomiting , he's feeding well and remaining active there is nothing to worry

But if no swelling,no alrered sensorium, decreased activity then no need to worry for head on which mobile felt
