Phimosis..
I have phimosis i am sure but there is a tissue attached to my skin, it doesn't allow me to retract my skin, i search on internet it is frenelum breve. So what type of stretching can i do to cure both this problems. (please no circumcision advice)

Thank you for asking. I can understand your concern. Yes, it appears to be a freanulum breve problem. There is a tight chord of skin adjoining the penis to foreskin, mostly on the underneath. The treatment of this is freeing the adhesion by insicing the chord. It must be done by an expert( a surgeon). It is not a Circumcision but simple technique if incision. It can be done in opd and may not require admission.
