Phimosis and keloid
Hello doctor I have keloid on my chest . And phimosis problem too. My question is if I go for circumcision what chance to form keloid there .

Now that is a difficult one to answer.
If you have keloid on the chest then any surgical procedure may lead to formation of keloids at the incision site.
This risk will always be there. Ask your treating doctor if circumcision is absolutely necessary or if he can go for an examination under anesthesia and try to open the prepuce in anesthesia.
If it is absolutely necessary then the ball is in your court . You have to decide
