Phimosis and frenulum breve problem
I have tight foreskin, it is difficult to pull back
foreskin when erect it goes back till half of glan
is exposed. however it goes back fully when
penis is flaccid. I also have frenulum breve so
when i pull my foreskin all the way back there is
some dip in the penis head also when erect the
frenulum pinches into the glan due to its
inability to stretch. Do i have to get ZSR
circumcision to fix both the problems ? also can i
get partial zsr circumcision to retain most
foreskin as possible so as to reduce any loss of
feel when having intercourse in future ? I am attaching
pictures in both cases: flaccid and erect. What
should i do?

Yes, you have to undergo circumcision, that doesn’t matter weather it’s ZSR or conventional. There is no partial circumcision, if it will be required then it will be done fully, no role of partial. Removal of foreskin doesn’t affect your sexual experience adversely.
