Though the information which you have provide is not very clear, I think you both require a Marriage counselling.
Even if one of you consult a psychologist who is a Marriage counsellor, I think you might get better clarity to lead a happy and cheerful married life.

You have to talk to him and sort things out.
If you think he has a psychiatric issue, then take him to a psychiatrist in person for further evaluation and management.
