3-4 years before I masturbated on bed and my friend sat on that and his pants gone wet,I told him that I masturbated and then told to wash off his pants. After that everything was normal and we are friends as usual but after that incident I started thinking on this matter on too much and often taking tension. Was that too shameless, was that bad. I start realising that I use to think on very small thing and get tensed and today also that incident always go in my mind.please motivate me to be very happy in my life.

Sometimes in night or in day. In a fraction of time this incidence took place, its not by intention its by chance. i think you need to over come the feeling of guilt and shame.
