So, I have a lighter shade of skin and used to roam about in the sun for hours during my school years. It has been more than 10 years I got a tan at that time that still doesn't go away. There is a very strong difference in shade between my upper forearm and lower forearm and it doesn't look good. I have tried exfoliating but it doesn't seem to work on this tan. What can I do to remove this and even out my skin?
