Persistent symptoms for two months
1)dry and bad smelling mouth. Doctor said its not thrush but the white coating at the back of my tongue wont go no matter how much i clean it.
2)fatigue and malaise
3) diahearrea like stools after eating.
4) lack of appetite
5)often chills and runny nose
6)dizziness sometimes

I have seen two doctors who said my reports are normal and im healthy

I doubted it could be hiv . my exposurr was 8 years back . i took a tridot and western blot. Both negative. The western blot report said negative but the paper had a mild pink line i asked doctors about it they said its nothing and im negative.
What should i do next? My symptoms are persisting.
