It may be due to dental caries. It may be due to gerd.
Brush ypur teeth after intake of food or if mot possible sometimes, then atleast rinse ypur mputh properly.
Get a dental examination scheduled.
If you have any symptoms related to Gerd, then consult online for same.
After everyeal, make it a habit to walk for 10 mins. You can take a mint freshener/elaichi after meal.
Also, sometimes changing your took paste can help as well.
